Regardless of which sport luxury sedan came out on top the Jaguar XF and the BMW-550i are my favorite at least in this comparison. Man the XF Premium looks SWEET!

The E Class would suit the more sensible drivers. Jaguars on the other hand remains unreliabe, I’ve heard horror stories about their gearbox. The BM is the previous generation and let’s see what the next model can come up with. Having seen its picture, I think it’s rather ordinary looking. So for me, it’s the Merc.

Very nice, that’s what I’d expect from a luxury sedan, I’d want comforty and straigh line acceleration for when a ricer gets in my way. I don’t think handling is important, who is going to take a car like this to a road course?

This all round word ‘premium’ again… makes it cheap. But the Jag looks good, Mercedes is getting better again, and BMW will have a new 5-er in 2010.
